Ms Nici Bush

As VP Innovation, Science & Technology, Nici oversees Research and Development (R&D), including Science and Technology, R&D Innovation, Quality and Food Safety, Scientific and Regulatory Affairs, the Mars Global Food Safety Center and the Mars Advanced Research Institute. She also serves as the functional lead for Innovation. She’s a member of the global Mars Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO.

Nici’s Mars career spans nearly three decades, multiple business areas and numerous countries including Mars Petcare operations and supply management to Mars Chocolate Supply and R&D. Most recently, Nici spearheaded the enterprise “Future of Work” program, embedding the lessons learned from the pandemic to create a set of flexible, hybrid working practices, positively impacting the Associate experience and business results for years to come.

Nici has a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Cambridge and a leadership coaching accreditation from Georgetown University.
