Summary note for the Information session on the 5th High Level Ministerial meeting on AMR and the establishment of the Independent Panel on Evidence for Action (IPEA) Against AMR

The Global Leaders Group (GLG) Information Session was convened to support timely political engagement by GLG members ahead of major AMR milestones in 2026, including the 5th High-Level Ministerial Meeting on AMR in Abuja and the continuing establishment process for the Independent Panel on Evidence for Action against AMR (IPEA). Former GLG members were invited at the Interim Chair’s request, reflecting the continued value placed on their continued engagement in Global AMR advocacy efforts.
